Conrad "Ron" Marshall is a second-generation barber and entrepreneur whose career reflects the legacy of barbershops in Canada and the Caribbean diaspora. Son of Trinidadian immigrant Conrad Marshall, Ron joined the family business in 1987 at their Markham and Lawrence location, later earning his Certificate of Qualification as a licensed hairstylist.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, he expanded the family's presence across Toronto, opening his own shop on Warden Avenue and later a Lawrence Avenue location that still operates today. A mentor to fellow barbers, Ron embodies skill, perseverance, and community service in Canada's barbershop tradition.
